our grape origins.

STORY PART ONE

All of our wines are made with grapes that we get to watch grow.

Sourcing only from vineyards within our region, many of which we have worked with for years, we are able to work with some of the most unusual and fun grapes in all of Washington.

We are lucky enough to source from several of the sites managed by Patrick Rawn in the Yakima Valley. A champion of the new WA Sustainable Program and a good friend, we love the fruit Patrick grows. We use his grapes for our rosé and some other, for now secret, wine that we’re excited about.

Vineyards: Mary Evelyn, Marcela, Angiolina Farms, and many more.

Olsen Vineyard

Cinsault

Silt Loam

The Olsen family has been farming grapes since 1990. This is one of the sites we get Cinsault for our rosé, though they grow a lot of different varieties.

This high elevation vineyards lends itself towards great acidity that helps keep the rosé fresh and vibrant.

A beautiful little four acre vineyard on top of the Rattlesnake Hills farmed by one of my closest friends, Mohamed Rouatbi. Sitting above the Missoula Flood line this vineyard is one of the few in the state that is sitting on prehistoric, original soils not affected by the Missoula Floods.

We get Grenache Blanc and Picpoul from this site.
